American company Stanley has offered to replace a woman’s burned Kia after one of its cups survived the blaze.

A video of the Kia was posted by Danielle on TikTok. It shows damage to the steering wheel, dashboard, and front seats. It looks like there is also damage to the bonnet of the vehicle.

“Everyone is so concerned if the Stanley spills… it was in a fire yesterday, still has ice in it,” said Danielle in her video.

“Thirsty after you catch on fire? @Stanley 1913 is like no problem I gotchu,” her caption read.

A day after the video was posted, the president of Stanley, Terence Reilly, posted a reply to Danielle’s video with the caption, “Stanley has your back”.

“We’ve all seen your video. Wow, what an ordeal and we’re all really glad you’re safe,” said Mr Reilly.

“I’ve seen a lot of comments that we should send you some Stanley’s, but there’s one more thing. We’ve never done this before and we’ll probably never do it again, but we’d love to replace your vehicle,” he continues.

“All of us at Stanley, we’d really like to replace your vehicle, so check your DMs for details. Thanks, be safe, cheers.”

The original video and response from the company both went viral reaching 78.8 million and 30 million views respectively.

Danielle posted two videos providing more information about Mr Reilly’s pledge.

“I have seen the president of Stanley’s video, I almost passed out. This is crazy. I can’t believe they’re going to buy me a car,” said Danielle.

“The Stanley was the only thing that survived the car fire… I’m not drinking out of it, don’t worry guys, I’m going to save it as a memento,” she continues.

Danielle says she is “blessed beyond relief” for Stanley’s involvement in replacing her vehicle and says nothing like this has ever happened to her before.

According to Danielle, her followers were able to get Stanley to make such a big commitment.

“It all happened before on you guys, you did this. I didn’t do anything, I just posted a video and you demanded that I get a new car from Stanley and you put that idea in their head,” she said.

It’s hard to identify the car involved in the fire and neither Danielle nor Stanley have shared any details on what the new car would be, but Danielle says Stanley is dealing with it.
